Individual  Sessions

60 Minute Session $110.00

Couples Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Marriage Counselling. 

Gottman Therapy Model

• $165.00 - $200.00          
• First Initial Session 90 minutes-$200.00
• Subsequent Couples Sessions 60 minutes- $165.00

 Payment Policy

• for online sessions payment due  prior to session
• Face to face sessions , payment  due prior to or on the day  of session
• Payment by cash, eftpos or direct bank transfer
• Please note: Prices may change every year  on 1st July.

 Cancellations, late notice, no show policies

• We do  ask for as much notice as possible as fees will be incurred
• For Cancellation 48 hours or more no charge
• For late notice 24-48 hours notice 50% of session fee
• No show or 24 hours or less  notice will incur 100% , full payment of session fee.

Intensive Marathon Sessions

The total cost of the  2 day Marathon is $4,500.00

This includes all 3 Phases of the Marathon

Morning tea  on both days

Take home resources

Does not include lunch on either day, travel and accommodation costs for couples travelling to Newcastle. Couples are responsible for this. 

Cancellation for Intensive Marathon Session:  Payment is required as below

                1. $500.00 booking fee deposit when booking in for the Pre-Assessment Phase and to confirm the Intensive Therapy days.

                2. The balance of $400,00 is due within 7 days of the booking. The Pre-Assessment Phase is compulsory in order to determine if this is the best fit for your needs. The $500.00 Pre-Assessment cost is not refundable if the couple are deemed not suitable for the Intensive Marathon sessions. If couples decide they do not wish to go ahead with the Pre-Assessment Phase 2 weeks notice is required ,otherwise the $500.00 is not refundable.   

If you cancel your Pre-Assessment  more then  2 weeks prior, you will be refunded the full amount you have paid to date less $100.00 admin fee and if applicable any debit/credit card fees.

                3. For the 2 day Intensive Marathon sessions,  2 weeks notice is required  to cancel or change your intensive marathon sessions , if you need to change the date this will need to be within 4 weeks of the original booking date. PLEASE NOTE: Changing the date  is only allowed  once due to the therapists time and other commitments. A full refund will be provided for bookings cancelled with two week notice,less $100.00 admin fee and if applicable any debit/credit card fees.  There are no refunds for bookings cancel with less than two weeks notice. 

 In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances the therapist may switch scheduled sessions to zoom in lieu of face to face, only if absolutely necessary. The therapist may discontinue service if couple are deemed inappropriate for this service
