 Counselling at Shine offers counselling services designed to support both couples and individuals facing challenges that may impact their happiness and overall wellbeing. My goal is to create a safe space where difficulties can be addressed with care and expertise.

I  provide a variety of services tailored for couples, including marriage & couples  counselling. These sessions aim to help couples navigate difficult times, resolve recurring arguments, recover from affairs, and address any issues that can negatively affect their relationships.

In addition to couples counselling, Shine supports individuals facing life transitions and personal challenges with ADHD coaching and support, focusing on day-to-day functioning and fostering a sense of achievement and peace.

Counselling sessions are available both face-to-face and online to accommodate different needs and preferences with  after-hours appointments for added flexibility.
